We ask our customers to remove any valuable items and general small clutter from the rooms due tobe cleaned. Don't panic if you cant move big items of furniture, as long as you let us before we arrive we will help you move it, or better still move it ourselves.

Hook carpet cleaners understands that ever customer has different requirements which is why we offer a range of cleaning methods, including, Truck mounted & portable steam cleaning, Low Moisture bonnet cleaning, dry fusion and dry cleaning.

Please note that in some cases, fabric or fibres may be sensitive to water or dry cleaning methods. All our technicians will be able to provide our customers with specific information and advice about the method of cleaning suitable for your fabrics
